This paper presents an analysis of SNV in the Kasumi-1 acute myeloid leukemia cell line based on full-transcriptome sequencing data. Candidate genes involved in post-transcriptional processes were identified for subsequent experimental study using allele-specific PCR and Sanger sequencing.
