Photocatalytically active heterostructures TiO2/Ti with Ag or Cu nanoparticles were formed on a titanium foil substrate by sol-gel method or electrochemical deposition. The efficiency of photocatalytic decomposition of Rhodamine B in water solution (5 mg/L) of Ag/TiO2/Ti and Cu/TiO2/Ti samples riched about 30 % under UV (365 nm) activation.
