Influence of architectural treatises on formation of architecture of the catholic altar of the XVII-XVIII centuries in the territory of Belarus
Abstract
Статья посвящена изучению католических алтарей XVII – XVIII вв. на территории Беларуси. На основании изученных архитектурных трактатов и образцов–эстампов европейских мастеров дается их сопоставление с общими формами и характерными элементами для местной архитектурной школы. В статье рассматривается степень влияния Северо–европейской и Южно–европейской школ на формирование алтарных настав в зависимости от периода времени и материала их изготовления. На восприятие художественно–эстетического облика алтаря в первую очередь оказывали влияние композиционные приемы и способы изготовления декоративных элементов. Исходя из этих условий указываются особенности проектирования и исполнения объектов. Особое внимание уделяется выявлению различных типов архитектурно – композиционных схем, используемых при создании алтарей XVII – XVIII вв. на территории Беларуси. Данное исследование было проведено в рамках диссертационной работы.

Article is devoted to studying of extent of influence of the European architectural treatises on formation of Catholic altars of the XVII-XVIII century in the territory of Belarus. On the basis of the studied architectural treatises and samples prints of the European masters, comparison to the general forms and separate elements characteristic of local architecture is carried out to the studied period. In article influence of the North European and Southern European schools depending on the period of time and material of their production is considered. That composition methods and ways of production of decorative elements first of all exerted impact on perception of art and esthetic shape of an altar concrete receptions which were considered at design and execution of objects are specified. Special attention is paid to identification of various types architecturally - composite schemes of the altars of the XVII-XVIII century used during creation in the territory of Belarus. This re-search has been conducted within dissertation work.
