Analysis the cost structure of construction of residential houses
Abstract
В данной работе был проведён анализ стоимости строительства жилых домов и ее структуры. Анализ стоимости строительства жилых домов показал, что стоимость строительства отличится в зависимости от этажности и конструктивной схем строительства, но вместе с тем структура стоимости строительства имеет много общего. Независимо от этажности и конструктивной схемы строительства структура стоимости формируется на 60-70 процентов такими видами работ, как наружные и внутренние стены, перекрытия, фундаменты.

In this paper, we analyzed the cost of construction of residential houses and its structure. Analysis of the cost of construction of residential houses showed that the cost of construction will differ depending on the height and structural design of construction, but at the same time the structure of the cost of construction has much in common. Regardless of the number of floors and the constructive scheme of construction of the cost structure, 60-70 percent of such types of work are formed, such as exterior and interior walls, floors, foundations.
