dc.description.abstractВ статье выдвигается требование последовательного преодоления препятствий личностного роста, обеспечивающих выполнение программы самореализации через рост коммуникативной компетентности: социализация как манипуляция (триадическая конструкция – мы-коммуникация); персонификация как трансакция (диадическая конструкция – ты-коммуникация); индивидуализация как актуализация (монадическая конструкция – эгоида – я-коммуникация). Предлагается авторская модель развитой личности как «дееспособного» коммуникатора.ru
