The Transformation of I in the Process of Communicative Discourse
Abstract
В статье выдвигается требование последовательного преодоления препятствий личностного роста, обеспечивающих выполнение программы самореализации через рост коммуникативной компетентности: социализация как манипуляция (триадическая конструкция – мы-коммуникация); персонификация как трансакция (диадическая конструкция – ты-коммуникация); индивидуализация как актуализация (монадическая конструкция – эгоида – я-коммуникация). Предлагается авторская модель развитой личности как «дееспособного» коммуникатора.

The paper puts forward the requirement to overcome consistently the obstacles of personal growth that provide the execution of the program on self-realization through the growth of communicative competence: socialization as manipulation (a triadic structure - we-communication); personification as transaction (a dyadic structure – you-communication); individualization as actualization (a monadic structure of an egoid - I-communication). The author offers the model of a developed person as an “able-bodied” communicator.
