Abstract
В статье рассматривается динамика развития технологий управления - от классики до современности. Рассмотрены следующие технологические концепции управления: концепция Х - ориентация на производство; концепция Y - человеческий фактор в интеграции с производственным; концепция Z - соединение американского индивидуализма и японского коллективизма; социально-психологическая концепция - качество профессиональной жизни сотрудников, опора на их творческий потенциал.
