В статье рассматривается взаимосвязь между стратегической моделью предприятия и выбором бизнес-модели, подчеркивая важность стратегического подхода в формировании эффективной бизнес-структуры. Стратегическая модель определяет долгосрочные цели и направления развития компании, в то время как бизнес-модель описывает конкретные механизмы создания, доставки и захвата ценности. Исследуется, как стратегические инициативы влияют на выбор бизнес-моделей.
