Increasing the efficiency of the KV-GM-50 boiler at the «Minrayteploset» enterprise
Abstract
В работе проведен анализ эксплуатационных показателей водогрейного котла КВ-ГМ-50, установленного в котельной №2 предприятия «Минрайтеплосеть». Выявлены основные причины снижения энергоэффективности: неоптимальный режим горения, накипеобразование и повышенные потери тепла с уходящими газами. Предложен комплекс мероприятий, включающий установку системы автоматического регулирования горения (САРГ), внедрение системы ХВП и модернизацию теплоизоляции. Проведена оценка экономического эффекта, показавшая снижение расхода газа на 7,5% и окупаемость проекта за 2,5 года.

The paper analyzes the operational indicators of the KV-GM-50 hot water boiler installed in boiler house No. 2 of the "Minrayteploset" enterprise. The main reasons for the decrease in energy efficiency were identified: suboptimal combustion mode, scale formation, and increased heat loss with flue gases. A set of measures is proposed, including the installation of an automatic combustion control system (ACCS), the implementation of a water treatment system, and the modernization of thermal insulation. The economic assessment showed a 7.5% reduction in gas consumption and a project payback period of 2.5 years.
