Abstract
Организационно-технический уровень производства является комплексной характеристикой, определяющей конкурентоспособность как выпускаемой продукции, так и самого предприятия. Перспективным направлением повышения организационно-технического уровня производства в современных условиях является внедрение технологий цифровой трансформации. В статье проанализированы эффекты внедрения технологии «цифрового двойника» с перестройкой производственной системы на принципы «Бережливого производства».

A promising approach to improving the organizational and technical level of production in today's environment is the implementation of digital transformation technologies. This article analyzes the effects of implementing "digital twin" technology and restructuring the production system according to lean manufacturing principles.
