Abstract
Целью работы является рассмотрение трёх подходов к оценке финансового состояния организаций строительной отрасли, а также их сравнительный анализ. Методы анализа финансового состояния: регламентированная методика, расширенная методика и методика анализа с применением экономико-математических моделей. В данной работе рассматриваются схемы методик анализа, анализируются преимущества и недостатки каждой. То есть, данная работа позволит выбрать оптимальный способ проведения диагностики финансового состояния.

The purpose of the work is to consider three approaches to assessing the financial condition of organizations in the construction industry, as well as their comparative analysis. Methods of financial condition analysis: regulated methodology, extended methodology and methodology of analysis using economic and mathematical models. In this paper, the schemes of analysis techniques are considered, the advantages and disadvantages of each are analyzed. That is, this work will allow you to choose the best way to diagnose your financial condition.
