Abstract
В настоящее время важной проблемой является определение рациональных режимов работы электроэнергетической системы (ЭЭС), т. е. определение наиболее целесообразных значений внутри- и межсистемных перетоков мощности и энергии в энергообъединении, которая подразумевает комплекс оптимальных условий существования режима при соблюдении ряда ограничений. В условиях конъюнктурных и политических взаимоотношений между соседними энергосистемами важным звеном является адресно- регулируемое распределение потоков электроэнергии (ЭЭ) по конкретной договорно-рыночной стратегии.

Currently, an important problem is to determine the rational modes of operation of the electric power system (EPS), i.e., the efficiency of the electric power system determination of the most appropriate values of intra-and inter-system power and energy flows in the power connection, which implies a set of optimal conditions for the existence of the regime, subject to a number of restrictions. In the context of conjunctural and political relations between neighboring power systems, an important link is the targeted and regulated distribution of electric power flows (EP) according to a specific contractual-market strategy.
