Abstract
В статье рассматривается функциональное использование дворцово-усадебных комплексов второй половины XIX - начала XX вв. Именно изменения в этой сфере повлияли на архитектурнопланировочное построение усадеб нового времени, художественную трактовку их объемов, особенности и типологию объектов, формирующих сегодня материальное наследие Республики Беларусь.

The article considers the functional use of palace and manor complexes of the second half of the XIX — early XX centuries. It was the changes in this area that influenced the architectural and planning construction of estates of modern times, the artistic interpretation of their volumes, the features and typology of objects that form the material heritage of the Republic of Belarus today.
