Abstract
When it comes to additive technologies, we carried out a research of technological process parameters for 3D printing with both plastics and food products. As a result, we propose to start the commercial production of general purpose industrial 3D printers for solid plastics (ABS or PLA types) and food 3D printers for liquid and viscous components, such as confectionery frostings and creams.
