Abstract
Анализируется проблема сохранения памятников архитектуры в сельских поселениях юга Тюменской области. С каждым годом все больше объектов историко-архитектурного наследия «исчезает» на фоне массовой типовой застройки. Рассмотрены первоочередные задачи по определению ценности и сохранности, необходимости реконструкции, реставрации и консервации памятников, а также их «встраиванию» в современную жизнь.

The problem of preserving architectural monuments in rural settlements of the south of the Tyumen region is analyzed. Every year, more and more objects of historical and architectural heritage «disappear» against the background of mass typical development. Priority tasks for determining the value and preservation, the need for reconstruction, restoration and preservation of monuments, as well as their «embedding» into modern life, are considered.
