Abstract
Cultural dialogue is the foundation of cooperation between Belarus and China, strengthening their strategic partnership through mutual respect and recognition of cultural values. This interaction encompasses exchanges across various cultural fields, fosters mutual understanding, and creates a foundation for the further development of interstate relations. This article examines the main areas of cultural exchange. It reveals that cultural exchange contributes to deepening mutual understanding and serves as a foundation for the development of political, economic, and other forms of cooperation.
