<description>Digital economy: a new driving force for China-Belarus bilateral economic cooperation under the belt and road initiative
Yu, G.
Amid the deepening Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and Belarus’ accession to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), digital economy has emerged as a pivotal new driving force for China-Belarus bilateral economic cooperation. Drawing on official statistics, intergovernmental reports, and authoritative industry data, this paper explores its enabling role through three core dimensions: digital infrastructure interconnection, digital-industrial integration, and institutional-talent synergy. The study reveals that digital economy significantly enhances cooperation efficiency and resilience, while confronting challenges such as mismatched technical standards and digital talent scarcity. Strengthened strategic alignment and targeted collaboration will be crucial to unlocking its full potential for high-quality bilateral relations.

<description>The practical value of the dual-tutor system and research on the cultivation of students' comprehensive competencies
Yiran, T.; Volodko, V. F.
This study focuses on the core logic and practical effectiveness of the dual-tutor system in education. By analyzing the collaborative educationmechanism between on-campus academic tutors and off-campus industry tutors, it explores their roles in students' knowledge construction, practical ability improvement, and professional literacy development. The research finds that the dual-tutor system effectively compensates for the limitations of the traditional single-tutor system through resource complementarity and role division, providing comprehensive growth support for students. Combined with relevant educational practice experience, this study offers references for the optimized implementation and promotion of the dual-tutor system.
