This article analyzes the procedure for conducting Desk inspections by customs authorities. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the procedure for conducting a Desk customs check is not without drawbacks. In order to eliminate these shortcomings, ways to improve the legislation of the Republic of Belarus are proposed.
