Научные и технологические парки Таиланда: особенности и направления развития Янчук, А. Л. The article explores the development experience of science and technology parks in Thailand, identifies the existing directions of their activities. For example, residents of parks are interested in research in the fields of nanotechnology, biotechnology, medicine, and the development of innovative business. The study notes the role of universities in the creation and development of such park structures. Particular attention is paid to intellectual property rights as an option to commercializethe results of residents of science and technology parks. Problems that prevent the existing and new science and technology parks of Thailand from functioning successfully are highlighted. At the end of the article, the corresponding conclusions are made.

This article discusses trends in the development of the innovative infrastructure of the Republic of Belarus. The work mechanism of innovative infrastructure is explained. Special attention is paid to science and technology parks, as the most numerous component of the subjects of innovation infrastructure. Data on the number of science and technology parks for the period 2012 - 2019, comparative data 2018 and 2019 based on the Global Innovation Index (GII), changes in the legislation of March 12, 2018 are used as key evidence of the development. The article clarified the peculiarities of the development of innovative infrastructure of the Republic of Belarus: the level of innovative resources is significantly higher than the level of innovative progress. In conclusion, the need to develop effective working models for science and technology parks is revealed.
