The article is dedicated to the problem of cross-cultural integration of migrants in European countries. The aim is to analyze the main tendentions and problems in cross-cultural integrational processes. The main thought of the article is that the policy in the field of integration of migrants is ineffective and needs to be changed from substitution of concepts to real actions.
