Assessment of economic efficiency of construction of energy-efficient residential buildings
Abstract
Статья посвящена вопросам экономической эффективности энергоэффективных жилых зданий. Актуальность данной работы связана с растущими ценами на энергетические затраты, и возрастающей ролью экономии тепло- и энергоресурсов. Исходя из обзора жилищного фонда Республики Беларусь, мероприятия по энергосбережению необходимо проводить как при новом строительстве, так и в области тепловой модернизации жилья прошлых периодов строительства.

The article is devoted to the issues of economic efficiency of energy-efficient residential buildings. The relevance of this work is associated with rising prices for energy costs, and the increasing role of saving heat and energy resources. Out of the review of the housing stock of the Republic of Belarus, energy saving measures should be carried out both in the case of new construction and in the field of thermal modernization of housing of past construction periods.
