Abstract
В статье рассмотрена методика анализа структуры стоимости строительства по видам строительных работ, ее этапы, последовательность действий. Учитывая сложность системы ценообразования в строительстве, функций, которые выполняет эта система, многообразие объектов, анализ структуры стоимости строительства является сложной технико-экономической задачей, решение которой позволяет прогнозировать и планировать затраты на строительство объектов, оценивать эффективность строительства как в части проектирования конструктивных решений и работ, так и в части их практической реализации, рассчитываться за выполненные работы.

The article discusses the methodology for analyzing the structure of construction costs by type of construction work, its stages, sequence of actions. Considering the complexity of the pricing system in construction, the functions that this system performs, the varietyof objects, the analysis of the structure of construction costs is a difficult technical and economic problem, the solution of which allows to predict and plan the costs of building objects, to evaluate construction efficiency as part of designing design solutions and work, and in terms of their practical implementation, to pay for the work performed.
