Abstract
При анализе современной архитектуры внимание в основном обращается на художественную стилистику возведенных зданий, много рассуждений об энергоэффективности и альтернативных источниках энергии. Реже рассматривают обоснованность функциональных решений, и никогда не рассматривались вопросы технической стороны создания произведения архитектуры. В статье определены проблемы, которые еще недостаточно осознаны и осложняют творческие процессы: руководство проектной организацией и одновременное руководство архитектурным творчеством, понятие термина «архитектурная ценность объекта», авторское право на произведение архитектуры и др.

When analyzing modern architecture, attention is mainly drawn to the artistic style of the constructed buildings, a lot of reasoning about energy efficiency and alternative energy sources. The validity of functional solutions is considered less frequently, and never addressed the technical side of the creation of a work of architecture. The article identifies problems that are not yet sufficiently understood and complicate creative processes: management of project organization and management of architectural creativity, the concept of the term “architectural value of an object”, copyright to a work of architecture, etc.
