Abstract
Ускоренный темп роста количества субъектов агроэкотуризма способствует адаптации под новые функции архитектуры объектов сельского туризма, характеризующихся динамичностью. Конкуренция, физический износ зданий и сооружений, быстрый темп жизни – определяют формирование динамической архитектуры агроэкоусадеб. В статье рассматриваются примеры сельских усадеб с явными признаками использования динамических методов архитектурной трансформации. Динамическая архитектура агроэкоусадеб – ответ на современные изменения общества.

The accelerated growth rate of the number of agroecotourism subjects contributes to the architectural changes in this area, characterized by dynamism. Competition, physical depreciation of buildings and structures, fast pace of life – determines the formation of dynamic architecture of countryside tourist homesteads. The article examines examples of rural estates with obvious signs of using dynamic methods of architectural transformation. The dynamic architecture of countryside tourist homesteads is the answer to modern changes in society.
