Reducing the materials intensity of the road loader due to improving of its hydrostatic transmission
Abstract
В статье сформулированы принципы формирования структуры гидрообъемной трансмиссии компактного универсального погрузчика на базе использования насосных моноагрегатов и разработаны варианты схем гидросистемы, расширяющие скоростной диапазон движения погрузчика при одновременном упрощении системы привода насосного моноагрегата, что обеспечивает в итоге снижение материалоемкости, то есть снижение веса трансмиссии и повышение производительности погрузчика.

The article outlines the principles for formation of structure of a hydrostatic transmission of a compact universal lader based on the use of pumping monoaggregates, and also describes developed variants of hydrosystem schemes that extend the speed range o f the loader's movement while simplifying the drive system of the pump monoaggregate, which, as a resuit, reduces the material intensity, i. e., reduces the weight of transmission and increases the productivity of the loader.
