Abstract
Рассматривается гипотеза Сепира — Уорфа в аспекте решения проблемы соотношения языка и мышления. Анализируются репрезентация когнитивного развития как системы лингвистических универсалий Хомского и её ограничения. Эксплицируются принципы когнитивного развития в генетической психологии Ж. Пиаже.

The hypothesis of Sepir — Whorf in the aspect of solving o f the problem of the relation of language and thinking is considered. The representation of cognitive development as a system of linguistic universals of Chomsky and its limitations are analyzed. Principles o f cognitive development in the genetic psychology of J.
