dc.description.abstractIn this paper the application of inorganic phosphors was considered. The limitations of its application and synthesis methods and the ways of overcoming these restrictions were described. Two approaches to the synthesis of inorganic phosphors in the form of glass-ceramics were discussed. The possibility of the synthesis of two different kinds of materials in a glass-ceramic form (alkali-earth iodides, doped with Eu ions, and garnets, doped with Ce or Eu ions) was demonstrated.ru
