Abstract
В статье исследуются вопросы инвестиционной деятельности в транзитивной экономике. Инвестиционная деятельность в Республике Беларусь направлена на развитие всех составляющих ее элементов и, прежде всего, на формирование и развитие инвестиционных процессов. Инвестиционный процесс происходит в инвестиционной среде и заключается в движении инвестиционных ресурсов между субъектами. На субъект инвестиционного процесса оказывают влияние как внешние, так и внутренние факторы.
