dc.description.abstractIn the work with attraction of the planning experiment methods possibility of increase of mechanical strength thin glasses with nominal thickness less than 2 mm by method of chemical hardening in fusion of KNO3 is studied. Regression dependences properties of glasses on temperature and time of processing in melt KNO3 are received. Researches changing of the chemical composition chip of samples as a result of chemical hardening by means of the microprobe analysis are conducted. On the basis of experimental data the temperature and time mode processing of thin glasses providing a gain of their mechanical strength by 2–3 times and thermal stability by 1,5 times in comparison with the untreated samples. Use of the strengthened thin glasses will allow to lower the weight of products on the basis of sheet glass.ru
