In an eventual unit of industrial enterprises cost the stake of expenses is high on thermal and electric, that negatively tells on the competitiveness of commodities and equipment of produced a domestic production. Thus, problem of energy-savings, which today as never actual, it is necessary to understand as a problem of reduction of power expenses on unit of producible eventual products, and as a problem of decline of power-hungryness of production.
