Abstract
Two-layer coating of the «thermodiffusion layer – PVD coating TiAlN» was obtained. Microhardness and tribological properties of the resulting two-layer coatings and the contribution of TiAlN coating in integrated micro-hardness of the surface on different substrates was investigated.
