Abstract

In terms of state autonomy, with limited resources and fuel and energy resources, increase of efficiency of the national economy is projected based on the development of manufacturing industries and services, to maintain which in a competitive position requires an adequate level of development of scientific-technical potential. A special state policy to support innovation has ensured the predominance in the structure of economy of Belarus high-tech and export-oriented industries. One of the most important socio-economic challenges facing the scientific and production sphere of the country at the present time, is to ensure the further growth of efficiency of use of scientific research to expand the volume of building products and processes that meet international standards.
