The paper is devoted to the stabilization of soils by artificial freezing. The article discusses a set of works, the advantages and disadvantages of this technology. This topic deserves attention, because the artificial freezing is a versatile tool for stabilizing soils and providing opportunities of work where it is impossible to apply the traditional techniques of soil stabilization.
