Abstract
В статье рассматривается проблема эффективной мотивации труда персонала предприятий. Предложены основные направления повышения мотивации труда работников автотранспортных предприятий в новых условиях хозяйствования. Рекомендовано применение бестарифной системы оплаты труда с элементами коллективной и индивидуальной ответственности за результаты работы предприятия.
